They provide information and entertainment, plus act as a two-way communication
tool.

Why must I enter my
name, date-of-birth and post code?
The
Gentleman Fox is a research tool developed on behalf of Moorland Brewing.
To aid that research we need to know a little about you as an individual,
this is no more than would be asked if a researcher talked to you in the
street.
Date-of-Birth
is specifically requested since this is used to remove the research and
promotional elements for people aged under 18.

How do I exit/close
the Gentleman Fox down?
Right
click on the 'Old Speckled Hen' logo in the tool tray. At the bottom of
the menu you will see exit, click on this.

How do I view the
Terms and Conditions?
Right
click on the 'Old Specled Hen' logo in the "Tool Tray" (the part of the
tool bar where the clock is). A menu will appear, from this choose the
"Preferences" option. The "Preferences" screen will apear, to
the bottom of this screen you will see "Terms and Conditions", click on
this and new page will pop up with the full text.

How do I review the
Data Protection Statement?
Right
click on the 'Old Specled Hen' logo in the "Tool Tray" (the part of the
tool bar where the clock is). A menu will appear, from this choose the
"Preferences" option. The "Preferences" screen will apear, to
the bottom of this screen you will see "Data Protection", click on this
and new page will pop up with the full text.

How do I email a Friend?
The
simplest way to email to a friend is to right click on the Gentleman Fox
Icon in the "Tool Tray" (the part of the tool bar where the clock is).
Choose the "Send to a Friend Option".

How do I turn the
Sound Effects off?
Right
click on the Gentleman Fox Icon in the "Tool Tray" (the part of the tool
bar where the clock is). A menu will appear, from there choose the "Preferences"
option close to the bottom of the menu. The Preferences screen will appear,
you will see a tick next to the word Sounds, click on the to remove the
tick. Finally choose "OK" at the bottom of the screen to save your preference
change.
Alternately
right click on the Fox and click on 'Sounds', this will toggle between
on and off.

How do I uninstall
the Gentleman Fox?
Follow
the following instructions: * Go to the "Start" menu, choose "Settings"
-> "Control Panel" -> "Add/Remove Programs".

From the list click on the "Gentleman Fox".

Now click on the "Add/Remove" button below the programs list.
-
You will now be asked "Are you sure you want to completely remove Gentleman
Fox and all of its Components", answer "yes".

Follow the prompts.
The
Fox should now be removed.
